(Phnom Penh): October, 11th 2022, H.E PHAN Oun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Director General of Consumer Protection, Competition and Fraud Repression (CCF) Directorate-General of the Ministry of Commerce and a Chairman of the secretariat of the Cambodia Competition Commission “CCC”  had attended to “The 2^nd Meeting of the Cambodia Competition Commission (CCC)” under high representative of H.E. Mr. PAN Sorasak, Minister of Commerce and a Chairman of the Cambodia Competition Commission “CCC”.

In this meeting H.E PHAN Oun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Director General of Consumer Protection, Competition and Fraud Repression (CCF) Directorate-General Commerce and a Chairman of secretariat of the “CCC” reported on the progress of works, capacity building for law enforcement officers, the collaboration with international competition institutions, the process of drafting regulations which had noted in agenda for this second meeting and way forward as the following:

1. Draft Plans and actions of the Cambodia Competition Commission “CCC”.
2. Draft Prakas on Formalities and Procedures for Inspection and Investigation under the Law on Competition
3. Draft Prakas on Procedures for Settlement by Negotiation for Offenses under the Law on Competition
