On August 16th, 2022 H.E Phan Oun Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Director General of the Consumer Protection Competition and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (CCF) has presided over the workshop on Consumer Protection “Consumer Contract and Unfair Contract Terms”. This workshop is co-organized by the CCF Directorate-General and DFDL International (Cambodia). The purpose of this workshop is to raise awareness on consumer protection in the establishment of Standard From of Contract as well as unfair contracts clauses. Participants of the workshop are around 90 people which includes: business owners, law practitioner lawyers and law enforcer.
